Seznam kortikosteroidů - List of corticosteroids - Wikipedia

Tohle je seznam kortikosteroidy (glukokortikoidy a mineralokortikoidy ) nebo deriváty z kortizol (hydrokortison ). Většina estery těchto kortikosteroidů není v tomto seznamu zahrnuto; pro estery viz tady namísto.
Nejčastější strukturální modifikace v syntetický kortikosteroidy zahrnují 1 (2) -dehydrogenace, 6α-, 9α-, 16α- a 16β-substituce (s halogen nebo methylová skupina ), 16α, 17α-acetonidace a 17α- a 21-esterifikace.

Povšimněte si, že glukokortikoidová aktivita progesteronu a 17α-hydroxyprogesteronu je velmi slabá (> 100krát nižší než aktivita kortizolu).[1]
