Streptomyces mexicanus je xylanolytický a termofilní druhy bakterií z rodu Streptomyces který byl izolován z půdy z a cukrová třtina pole v Mexiko.[1][3][4][5] Streptomyces mexicanus vyrábí xylanáza a B-xylosidáza.[5]
