Sympozium ACM o softwaru a technologii uživatelského rozhraní - ACM Symposium on User Interface Software and Technology

The Sympozium ACM o softwaru a technologii uživatelského rozhraní (UIST) je výroční konference o technických inovacích v rozhraní člověk-počítač. UIST sponzoruje ACM SIGCHI a ACM SIGGRAPH. Podle impakt faktoru je to jedna z působivých konferencí v oblasti interakce člověka s počítačem.[1] Scott Hudson je současným předsedou Komunita UIST, která organizuje konferenci UIST.

UIST 2014 se konal v Honolulu, Havaj, USA, 5. – 8. Října 2014. UIST 2015 se bude konat v Charlotte, NC USA, 8. – 11. Listopadu 2015.

Přehled

UIST je vysoce selektivní konference s mírou přijetí 20,3% za posledních pět let.[2]

Dějiny

[3]Do roku 2013 byl UIST dobře známý svým intimním formátem jedné stopy. UIST 2014 představil nový dual-track formát.
