Planchonella je rod z kvetoucí stromy v gutaperča rodina, Sapotaceae. Pojmenován na počest Jules Émile Planchon, obsahuje asi 100 převážně tropických druhů, z nichž dva se vyskytují v Jižní Americe a asi 18 palců Australasie. Popsal to Jean Baptiste Louis Pierre.[1] Rod je součástí většího rodu Pouteria některými úřady, tedy druhy jako Planchonella queenslandica jsou také známé jako Pouteria queenslandica.
