Ophichthus celebicus je úhoř v rodině Ophichthidae (červí / hadí úhoři).[2] Popsal to Pieter Bleeker v roce 1856, původně pod rodem Ophisurus.[3] Je to námořní, tropický úhoř, který je známý ze západu Tichý oceán, počítaje v to Indie a Hongkong.[2]
