Johann Georg Ebeling (8. července 1637 - 4. prosince 1676) byl německý skladatel, který se narodil v roce Lüneburg a zemřel v Štětín. Ebeling je známý jako editor a skladatel hymnů od Paul Gerhardt. Publikoval v roce 1667 120 písní Gerhardta, přidal mnoho melodií a pro 26 z nich napsal první melodii.[1] Jedna z jeho melodií je „Du meine Seele singe Několik jeho kantáty existují.
