Gastrotheca microdiscus je žába druh v žába rodina Hemiphractidae. to je endemický na jihovýchod Brazílie mezi jižním Sao Paulo a Santa Catarina státy.[2] Je to přirozené stanoviště jsou nerušené primární lesy. Je to druh koruny, který se skrývá bromeliads. Není považována za ohroženou IUCN.
