Arthroleptis hematogaster je druh žába v rodině Arthroleptidae. to je endemický do Itombwe a Kabobo vysočiny na východě Demokratická republika Kongo.[1][2] Předpokládá se, že tento málo známý druh žije v horských lesích v nadmořských výškách asi 2 350–2 400 m (7 710–7 870 ft). nad hladinou moře.[1]
