Pánské amatérské golfové mistrovství v USA - United States Senior Mens Amateur Golf Championship - Wikipedia
The Americké amatérské golfové mistrovství seniorů je národní turnaj amatérů golf soutěžící ve věku nejméně 55 let. Provozuje jej Golfová asociace Spojených států (USGA).
Turnaj začíná 36 jamkami hra na rány s nejlepšími 64 konkurenty postupujícími do zápasová hra část turnaje. Golfisté musí mít USGA handicap index 7,4 nebo nižší.
Turnaj byl založen v roce 1955 a rozvíjí se o turnaj pořádaný americkou seniorskou golfovou asociací (není přidruženou k USGA), která sama vyrostla z amatérské akce seniorů na Apawamis Club v roce 1905.[1] Členství v tomto turnaji předchůdců bylo omezené, takže USGA souhlasila se zahájením národního šampionátu otevřeného všem seniorským golfistům.
Starší amatérští soutěžící mají povoleno jezdit na vozících od roku 1969.
