Thomas Josiah Thompson (1867-1941), byl a Sierra Leonean právník a politik, který působil jako starosta města Městská rada Freetown a byl zakladatelem a vlastníkem Sierra Leone Daily Mail, která fungovala v letech 1933 až 1994.
