The Synthetonychiidae jsou malá rodina sklízeč s hrstkou druhů v jediném rodu. Oni jsou endemický na Nový Zéland.
Popis
Druhy v této rodině jsou mezi jedním a dvěma milimetry dlouhé, s nohama až téměř šesti mm.[1]
Rozdělení
Všechny popsané druhy se vyskytují pouze na Nový Zéland.[1]
Vztahy
Synthetonychiidae se zdají být úzce spjati s Triaenonychidae z Australan kraj.[1]
název
Název typu rodu je kombinován z Starořečtina synthetos "složené" a onychion, zdrobnělina onyx "dráp".[1]
