Streptocefalus je rod víla krevety nalezeno v dočasných vodách v roce 2006 Afrika, Austrálie, Eurasie, a Centrální a Severní Amerika, po svém starodávném původu v Gondwana.[2] Obsahuje následující druhy:[3][4]
