The Ross-hrabství Welfare Football Association je rekreační fotbalová liga působící v Vrchovina Skotska, přidružený k Scottish Welfare Football Association a Skotský fotbalový svaz.
Ačkoli další sdružení stejného jména bylo původně vytvořeno koncem padesátých / začátkem šedesátých let, současná inkarnace byla založena v roce 1982 Jamesem Patullem.
V roce 2019, s klesajícím počtem členů klubu, přechod na amatér status byl navržen a vyslán všemi kluby.
