Othelosoma je rod z planarians nalezen v Afrika a Indie.[1]
Popis
Rod Othelosoma se vyznačuje tím, že má podlouhlé zaoblené tělo, obvykle jen dvě oči a tupý přední konec. The kopulační aparát má trvalý penis. Bursa copulatrix je velká a komunikuje s genitálním atriem dvěma kanály, vaginálním kanálem a Beauchampovým kanálem.[2]
