Irish Go Association - Irish Go Association

The Irish Go Association (IGA) propaguje Jít v Irsko, a je členem obou Mezinárodní federace Go a Evropská go federace.[1] Organizuje klubové a turnajové akce i výuky.[1]

V roce 2001 IGA a British Go Association uspořádal 45. evropský Go Congress v Dublinu, kterého se zúčastnilo přibližně 400 hráčů.[2]

IGA byla založena v roce 1989 sloučením dvou dublinských klubů - Trinity College a Collegians Chess and Go Club. Sdružení je přeshraniční a má přidružené kluby v Severním a Jižním Irsku. Jeho národní šampionát probíhá každý rok od roku 1990.
