The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sierra Leone (ICASL) je profesionál účetnictví tělo dovnitř Sierra Leone. Je to jediná organizace v Sierra Leone s právem udělovat Diplomovaný účetní ICASL je členem Mezinárodní federace účetních (IFAC).[1]
