Hubert II de Vaux (zemřel 1240) Baron z Gilslandu, byl anglický šlechtic.

Byl nejstarším synem Robert de Vaux a Johanna.[1] Po svém otci nastoupil v roce 1235. Oženil se s Aline neznámého původu. Zemřel v roce 1240. Jeho manželka Aline se později provdala za Geoffrey de Say z Ricklingu. Hubertova jediná dcera a dědic Maud se provdala za Thomase de Multona.
