Born Richard Green, převzal další příjmení Price jako dědic svého strýce z matčiny strany Richard Price z Norton Manor, Radnorshire. Třetí Baronet byl Vysoký šerife Radnorshire. Norman Green-Price, syn Johna Powella Green-Price, pátého syna druhého Baroneta a adoptivního syna jeho strýce třetího Baroneta, sloužil jako Vysoký šerif z Radnorshire v roce 1969.
