Gonatotrichus je rod mnohonožky v pořadí Siphonophorida, popsaný v roce 1951 autorem Carl Attems. Jsou známy dva druhy, G. minutus z Malacca, Malajsie a G. silhouettensis z Seychely.[1][2]
