Douglas Leonard Booth (5. května 1889 - 2. října 1956) byl architekt, zeměměřič a stavební inženýr se sídlem v Beeston, Nottinghamshire.

Život

Narodil se 5. května 1889 v Nottinghamu, syn Thomase Bootha (nar. 1855) a Elizabeth Collier (nar. 1852).

Oženil se s Edith Lilian Hobsonovou (1891-1981), dcerou T.K. Hobson, výrobce krajek v Glenville, Oakleys Road, Long Eaton, dne 31. července 1915 ve Wesleyan Central Church, Long Eaton, Derbyshire[1] a měli dvě děti:

  • Douglas Thomas Booth (1916-1986)
  • Stanley Morley Booth (1924-1994)

Byl zvolen do Městská čtvrť Beeston a Stapleford Rada v roce 1937 pro oddělení Beeston South[2] a v roce 1943 byl zvolen předsedou.[3] V roce 1944 byl zvolen za člena rady hrabství Nottinghamshire.[4]

Zemřel 2. října 1956 v 6 Lilac Grove v Beestonu a zanechal majetek v hodnotě 5 122 GBP 6 s 7 d.
