Christian Günther II., Hrabě z Schwarzburg-Sondershausen-Arnstadt (1. dubna 1616 - 10. září 1666) byl hrabě z Schwarzburg-Sondershousen. Od roku 1642 až do své smrti vládl části kraje kolem svého bydliště v Arnstadt.

Život

Hrabě Christian Günther II. Byl synem hraběte Christian Günther I. Schwarzburg-Sondershausen (1578-1642) a jeho manželka, hraběnka Anna Sibille (1584-1623), dcera hraběte Albert VII Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt.

Po smrti jeho otce byli bratři mezi sebou rozděleni do hrabství a Christian Günther II. Obdržel celou Horní Schwarzburg-Sondershausen s bydlištěm v Arnstadt.

Manželství a problém

V roce 1645 se Christian Günther II oženil od roku 1645 se Sophií Dorothea (d. 1685), dcerou hraběte Jiřího z Mörspergu a Beffortu, a měli následující děti:

  • Sibille Juliane (1646-1698), vdaná za hraběte Jindřicha I. z Reuss-Obergreiz (1668-1681)
  • Sophia Dorothea (1647-1708), vdaná Ernest, hrabě ze Stolberg-Ilsenburgu (1650-1710)
  • Clara Sabine (1648-1698)
  • Christine Elisabeth (1651-1670)
  • Catherine Eleanor (1653-1685)
  • John Günther IV (1654-1669), jeho nástupce, zemřel svobodný a bez problémů
