V roce 2000 byla Škola umění a věd univerzity na vysokoškolské i postgraduální úrovni restrukturalizována do čtyř Loyola School of Humanities, Management, Science and Engineering a Social Sciences. Děkanát, katedry matematiky a biologie, kancelář programu Health Sciences Program a řada přírodovědných laboratoří školy se nachází v komplexu Science Education Complex. Ostatní oddělení jsou umístěna v Schmitt Hall (chemie), na observatoři v Manile (věda o životním prostředí) a na Faura Hall (DISCS, ECCE a fyzika).
