Savage byl syn a dědic Sir Arnold Savage I.. Oženil se, cca. Dubna 1399, Katherine Scales (zemřel 6. listopadu 1436), dcera Roger de Scales, 4. Baron Scales od Joan Northwoodové, dcery Johna Northwooda z Northwood, Kent.[1]

Kariéra

Savage byl povýšen do šlechtického stavu před říjnem 1414. Savage byl a Člen parlamentu pro Kent Listopadu 1414.[1]
