Allothereua je rod scutigeromorph stonožky obsahující 9 druhů od střední Asie (Kazachstán a Nepál) po Filipíny až po Austrálii, kde se vyskytuje nejméně šest druhů.[1] Byla nalezena studie fylogeneze scutigeromorph z roku 2009 Allothereua být polyfyletický; některé druhy byly více příbuzné Parascutigera.[2]
