Acanthella je rod houby v rodině Dictyonellidae, který poprvé popsal v roce 1862 Eduard Oscar Schmidt.[1][2] Typový typ je Acanthella acuta Schmidt, 1862 (určený Vosmaerem v roce 1912).[3][4]
